ORDINANCE NO. 9822
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBISC.AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND LET
A CONTRACT FOR APPLYING A 10 -YEAR GUARANTEED HOT.
ASPIRLT ROOF TO THE CITY HALL, EXCLUDING . THE DOME,
AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $10850.00, AND FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and let
a contract for applying a 10 -year guaranteed hot asphalt roof
to the City Hall, excluding the dome.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said roof shall not exceed
the sum of One Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty ($1,850.00) Dollars,
said sum to be paid from the General Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
