AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF: $1026.70 TO
PAY RAWLAND E. BLAYLOCK & ASSOCIATES, SUCCESSORS TO
SOUTHWEST ENGINEERS, FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES;
$3,535.96 TO PAY FAGAN ELECTRIC COMPANY, INC. FOR
INSTALLATION; AND $536.99 TO PAY THE GAMEWELL COMPANY
FOR EQUIPMENT; IN CONNECTION WITH THE FIRE ALARM DEPARTMENT
SYSTEM, SAID SUMS TO BE PAID FROM THE FIRE -
TION FUND, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED By THE CITY- COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following sums are hereby appropriated
in connection with the Fire Alarm System:
$1,326.70 to Rawland E. Blaylock & Associates, suc-
cessors to Southwest Engineers, for
engineering services;
$3,535.96 to Fagan Electric Company, Inc. for installa-
tion;
6 536.99 to The Gamewell Company for equipment.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby au-
thorized and directed to issue the City's warrants in the sum
of: $1,326.70 to Rawland E. Blaylock & Associates; $3,535.96
to Fagan Electric Company, Inc.; and 0536-99 to The Gamewell
Department
Company; said sums to be paid from the Fire /Construction Fund.
SECTION 3• That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
