AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $300.00 TO RE-
IMBURSE THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL WATERWORKS COMMISSION
FOR MONEY PAID BY THEM TO FRAZEE, FOX & DODGE, CERTIFIED
PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS, FOR SURVEY RELATIVE TO ESTABLISHING
SANITARY GARBAGE COLLECTION FEE AS PART OF THE WATER
BILL, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the aura of Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars
is hereby appropriated to reimburse the Little Rock Municipal
G Waterworks Commission for money paid by them to Frazee, Fox &
Dodge, certified public accountants, for survey relative to
establishing sanitary garbage collection fee as part of the
water bill.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby au-
thorized and directed to issue the Cityts warrant in the sum
of Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars for the above mentioned
reimbursement to the Little Rock Municipal Waterworks Commis-
sign.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
