AN ORDINANCE WAIVING THE MAXIMUM HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION #1
OF ORDINANCE #9311 ON LOTS 11 AND 12, BLACK 189, ORIGINAL CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, (STREET ADDRESS OF 1708
LOUISIANA STREET), AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the maximum height requirements of Section #1 of
Ordinance #9311 is hereby waived on Lots 11 and 12, Block 189, Original
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, (Street Address of 1708
Louisiana Street).
SECTION 2. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
