AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $224.76 FROM
THE .FUND TO PAY THE BENTON PLUMBING COMPANY
AS A REFUND ON OVERCHARGE FOR A CORPORATION CUT
MADE ON 13TH STREET FROM BISHOP STREET TO WOLFE
STREET, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:

32CTIBN 1. That the sum of Two Hur iWed Twenty -Four Dollars
and Seventy -Six Cents (224.76) is hereby appropriated to pay
the Benton Plumbing Company as a refund on overcharge for a
corporation cut made on 13th Street from Bishop Street to Wolfe
Street in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby au-
thorized and directed to issue the City's warrant in the sum
of Two Hundred Twenty -Four Dollars and Seventy -Six Cents
($224.76) for the above - mentioned refund, said sum to be paid
from the/•u Fund of the City of Little Rock,
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
