AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS ONE (1), TWO (2), AND
THREE (3), BLOCK NINETEEN (19), CAPITOL HILL EXTENSION
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots One (1), Two (2), and Three (3), Block
Nineteen (19), Capitol Hill Extension Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, being the southeast corner of Rice and Seventh
Streets, heretofore classified and zoned as "C" Two - Family District
under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "J" Light
Industrial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map there-
to attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit
the reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots One (1), Two (2),
and Three (3), Block Nineteen (19), Capitol Hill Extension Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof,
said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the
"J" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
