AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS ONE (1), TWO (2), THREE (3),
AND FOUR (4), BLOCK FOUR HUNDRED THIRTEEN (413 ), COMPTON'S
SUBDIVISION OF LINCOLN'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSASs
SECTION 1. That Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), and Four (4),
Block Four hundred thirteen (413), Compton's Subdivision of Lincoln's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; being the southwest
corner of 7th and High Streets, heretofore classified and zoned as
"D" Apartment District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420,
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to
be in "H" Business District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Rap thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the said Lots One (1), Two (2), Three
(3), and Four (4), Block Four hundred thirteen (413), Compton's Sub-
division of Lincoln's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known
and classified as being in the "H" Business District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
