AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC_AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE PARTS FOR THE REPAIR OF THE WAYNE SWEEPER FOR
USE IN THE STREET CLEANING DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $500.00, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase parts for the repair of the Wayne Sweeper for use in
Street Cleaning Department of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said parts shall not exceed
the sun of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are herebIr repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
