ORDINANCE NO. 9969
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE MISCELLANEOUS SEASONAL SUPPLIES FOR THE POUND
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED
$3, 000.00, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase for the Pound of the City of Little Rock the following
supplies:
8,000 Medium Size Cotton Balls
1 Gross Isopropyl Alcohol
8,500 Doses Rabies Vaccine
8,500 Dog Tags - 1956 (No. 1 - 8,500)
300 Blank Dog Tags -
8,800 Links for Dog Tags {
8,500 Dog Tag Receipts (No.� 1 - 8,500)
SECTION 2. That the cost of said supplies shall not ea-
coed the sum of Three Thousand ($3,000.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
