AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE ONE *-TON PICK -UP TRUCK FOR USE OF THE POUND
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AT A SUM NOT TO EXCEED
$1,200.00, PLUS TRADE -IN EQUIPMENT, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase one *-ton Pick -up Truck for use of the Pound of the City
of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the purchase price of said Truck shall
not exceed the sum of One Thousand Two Hundred ($1,200.00)
Dollars, plus trade -in of a 1950 J-ton Piok -up Chevrolet Truck,
(X -50), Motor No. HBA- 171175, Serial No. 3HPB6003, owned by the
City of Little Rock:

SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
