AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE ONE FOUR -WAY, THREE SECTION TRAFFIC LIGHT,
CABLE, AND OTHER NECESSARY SUPPLIES FOR THE USE OF
THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AT
A COST NOT TO EXCEED $600.00, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase'One'(1) Four -Way, Three Section Traffic Light, Cable,
and the necessary supplies for the use of the Police Department
of the City of Little Rock. Said traffic light to be installed
at the intersection of Ninth and Rock Streets.
SECTION 2. That the cost of such traffic light, cable,
and other necessary supplies shall not exceed the sum of Six
Hundred ($600.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
