AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A TRACT OF LAND, BEING THE EAST
25 FEET OF THE EAST HALF OF NORTHWEST QUARTER OF NORTH-
WEST QUARTER OF NORTHEAST QUARTER, SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP
1 NORTH, RANGE 12 WEST AND THE WEST 25 FEET OF THE WEST
HALF OF NORTHEAST QUARTER OF NORTHWEST QUARTER OF NORTH-
EAST QUARTER, SECTION 71 TOWNSHIP 1 NORTH, RANGE 12 WEST,
PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPENING A
STREET CONNECTING WEST 12TH STREET AI,TD WEST 7142H STREET,
WHICH PROPERTY IS DEEDED BY DEDICATION DEED FROM IREDiE
LESCHER McGREGOR, MRS. J. -F. KA.NIS, EMELIA L. KANIS, MRS.
MINNIE KAKIS KELLER, ED KANIS, MRS. ED KANIS, E. B.
POUNDS, MRS. BETTY VIRGINIA POUNDS AND JOHN P. BAIRD UNTO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THIE CITY C OUT,?C IL OF TI-EE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the City of Little Rock, Arkansas hereby
accepts for the purpose of opening a street connecting 'Jest 12th
Street and West 14th Street a tract of land in Pulaski County,
Arkansas, described as follows, to -fait:
The East Twenty -Five X25) Feet of the East Half (E2) of
Northwest Quarter (NW -) of Northwest Quarter (NW4) of
Northeast Quarter (NEI), Section Seven (7), Township One
(1) North, Range Twelve (12) West; and
The West Twenty -Five (25) Feet of the West.Half (Wj) of
Northeast Quarter (NE-1) of Northwest Quarter (Iw ) of
Northeast Quarter (NE4), Section Seven (7), Township
One (1) North, Range Twelve (12) West.
This tract of land has been deeded to the City of Little Rock
by Dedication Deed from Irene Lescher McGregor, firs. J. F. Kanis,
Emelia L. Kanis, 171rs. I ✓linnie Kanis Keller, Ed Kanis, sirs. Ed
Kanis, E. B. Pounds, Mfrs. Betty Virginia Pounds, and John P.
Baird, so long as said ground shall be used for a public street.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
