AN ORDINANCE REPEALING IN ITS ENTIRETY ORDINANCE
NO. 9938, LEASING THAT PART OF BLOCK 8, WATKINS
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PULA.SKI
COUNTY, ARKANSAS, LYING EAST OF THE ROCK ISLAND
RAILROAD RIGHT -OF -WAY, 0WNED BY THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
AR'KANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 9938, passed October 10,
1955, is hereby repealed in its entirety, leasing that part
of Block 8, Watkins Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, lying East of the Rock Island Railroad Right -
of -way, owned by the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
