AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE 2,000 POUNDS OF BASS FIBER TO BE USED IN THE
STREET CLEANING DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LI' TLE ROCK
AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED e "600.00, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CI`I`i' COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase 2,000 pounds of Bass Fiber to be used in the Street
Cleaning Department of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said Bass Fiber shall not
exceed the sum of Six Hundred (,-,600.,00) Dollars. ,
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
