AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAX$ BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE PRIVILEGE LICENSE RECEIPTS FOR USE OF THE CITY
COLLECTOR AT A COST NOT TO E%CSED $400.00, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSASs
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and purchase
privilege license receipts for use of the City Collector .
SECTION 2. That the cost of said privilege license receipts
shall not exceed the sum of Four Hundred 600.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
