AN OFDINANCE AUTHORIZIM AND REQUESTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR TIE_ OR THE SANITATION
REPAIR OF ONE KB -8 INTERNATIONAL TRIJCI , DEPARTMENT ,
APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $1,150.00 OUT OF THE GENERAL
FUND, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT OR DAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSASs
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for the repair of one KB -8
International truck used in the Garbage and Sanitation Department.
SECTION 2. That the cost of repairing said truck shall not
exceed the sum of Eleven Hundred and Fifty ($1,150.00) Dollars, said sum to
be appropriated out of the General Find.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are h reby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
