AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE ONE AUTOMOBILE FOR USE OF THE MILK LND DAIRY
DEPARTMENT OF THE LITTLE ROCK HEALTH DEPARTMENT AT A
COST NOT TO EXCEED Y1, 650.00, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase ofie Automobile for use of the Milk and Dairy Department
of 'the Little Rock,Health Department.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said Automobile shall not
exceed the sum of One Thousand Six Hundred Fifty ($1,650.00)
Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
