AN ORDINAiTCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AN-J-), ENTER
INTO A CONTRACT FOR THE NECESSARY REPAIRS TO TRAFFIC
AUTOMOBILE NO. 71 OF THE LITTLE ROCK POLICE DEPARTMENT,
IrdHICH WAS DAFIAGED IN A TRAFFIC ACCIDENT, AT A COST NOT
TO EXCEED `, 600.00, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and enteb
into a contract for the necessary repairs to traffic automob;le
No. 71 of the Little Rock Police Department which was damaged
in a traffic accident.

SECTION 2. That the cost of said repairs shall not ex-,
ceed the sum of Six hundred ( °9600.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
