AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND CONVEY
TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER PART OF BLOCK 136, ORIGINAL CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, RESERVING IN
THE GRANTOR THE RIGHT OF ACCESS TO THE RIVERFRONT DRIVE,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and convey
to the highest bidder the following described property in Pulaski
County, Arkansas:
A part of Block 136, Original City of Little Rock, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the point on the West line of Lot 6, which
is 90 feet South of the Northwest corner of Block 136;
thence South along the West line of Lot 6, a distance of
10 feet to a point; thence East to the point on the East
line of Lot 5, which is 100 feet South of the North line
of Block 136; thence North along the East line of Lot 5,
a distance of 10 feet to a point; thence West to the
point of beginning, containing 1,000 square feet more or
less;
reserving, however, to the Grantor, its successors and assigns
the right of access from these lands to the Riverfront Drive.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
