AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND BEQUESTWfx THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE AND TAKE
BIDS FOR EMPLOYING AN ARCHITECT AND ENTER INTO
A CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A GARAGE TO
BE USED BY THE GARBAGE AND SANITATION DEPARPMENTY
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE BOCK., ARKANSASs
SECTION 19 That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
atithorized and requested to advertise and take bids for employing an Architect
and enter into a contract for the construction of /garage to be used by the
Garbage and Sanitation Department. �
SECTION 2. That the location of this garage shall be on
City property east of the Dog Pound which is located on East 28th and Geyer
Streets.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of or dinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed,9 and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect fromAnd after its passage and approval.
