ORDINANCE NO. 9945
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $9081.56
OUT OF THE GENERAL FUND FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
A GARAGE FOR THE USE OF THE GARBAGE AND SANITATION
DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCKS AND FOR.
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LTrTLE ROCK.9 ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Nine-Thousand Three Hundred
Eighty one Dollars and Fifty Six Cents ($9,381.56) is hereby appropriated out
of the General Fund for the construction of a garage to be used by the Garbage
and Sanitation Depwtment.
SECTION 2. That the location of this garage shall be on City
property east of the Dog Pound which is located on East 28th and Geyer Streets.
SECTION 49 That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed., and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval,
