AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $2,982.07 TO PAY
THE COSTS OF HOLDING THE GENERAL ELECTION NOVEMBER 8,
19553 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Two Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty
Two Dollars and Seven Cents ($2,982.07) be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the General Fund of the City of Little Rock to
cover the costs of holding the General Election on November 8, 1955•
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the City's warrant or warrants to the proper
parties in payment of said election costs.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
