AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $17,000.00 TO /ABSTRACT &
PAY J. CLEO ECHOLS AND MIRIAM A. ECHOLS PUR- GUARANTY COMPANY
CHASE OF THE WEST 47.7 FEET OF LOT 2,
ALLEN AND MARTQUAND'S SUBDIVISION OF BLOCK 358,
ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO BE USED
AS A RIGHT -OF -WAY FOR THE RIVERFRONT DRIVE, SAID
SUM TO BE PAID FROM THE HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION FUND,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:

! SECTION 1. That the sum of Seventeen Thousand 017,000.00)
Dollars is hereby appropriated to pay J. Cleo Echols and Miriam
ANd Beach Abstract & Guaranty Company,
j A. Echols/for the purchase of the West 47.7 feet of Lot 2,
===3= ALLEN AND MARTQUAND' S SUBDIVISION of Block 358,

ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas, to be used as a right -
of -way for the Riverfront Drive.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby au-
thorized and directed to issue the City's warrant in the sum
of Seventeen Thousand (017,000.00) Dollars for said purchase,
to be paid from the Highway Construction Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
