AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE WEST 25 FEET OF THE NORTH-
EAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 30,
TOWNSHIP 2 NORTH, RANGE 12 WEST, PULASKI COUNTY, ARK-
ANSAS, FOR THE PURPOSE OF BEING INCLUDED IN AND
COMPRISING THE EAST HALF OF NORTH TAYLOR STREET ALONG
THE WESTERN EDGE OF ST. JOHN'S SEMINARY, WHICH IS
DEDICATED BY QUITCLAIM DEED FROM ALBERT L. FLETCHER
AS BISHOP OF LITTLE ROCK, DATED AUGUST 26, 1955,
UNTO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FOR USE AS A RIGHT -OF -WAY
FOR A PUBLIC STREET, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the City of Little Rock, Arkansas hereby
accepts for use as a right -of -way for a public street, for the
purpose of being included in and comprising the East Half of
North Taylor Street along the Western edge of St. John1 s Semi-
nary, the following described property, to -wit:
West Twenty -Five (251) Feet of the Northeast (NE') Quarter
of the Southwest (SW4) Quarter of Section Thirty (30),
Township Two (2) North, Range Twelve (12) West, Pulaski
County, Arkansas,
deeded to the City of Little Rock by Quitclaim Deed from
Albert L. Fletcher as Bishop of Little Rock, dated August 26,
1955.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
