AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE ONE 5 TO 8-TON TANDEM ROLLER FOR USE OF THE
STREET DEPARTMENT AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED 07,000.00,
INCLUDING TRADE -IN OF ONE BUFFALO SPRINGFIELD ROLLER,
LICENSE NO. X -134 OWNED BY THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the "Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, .take bids for, and pur-
chase one 5 to 8 -ton Tandem Roller for use of the Street De-
partment.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said Roller shall not ex-
ceed the sum of Seven Thousand 07,000.00) Dollars, including
trade -in of one Buffalo Springfield Roller, License No. X -134
owned by the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
In conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
