AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $7,064.14 FROM THE HIGHWAY
CONSTRUCTION FUND; $41.62 FROM THE FIRE DEPARTMENT CON-
STRUCTION FUND; $2075.88 FROM THE GOLF CLUB CONSTRUCTION
FUND; $15,243.52 FROM THE GARBAGE PLANT CONSTRUCTION FUND;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $7,064.14 from the
Highway Construction Fund, $41.62 from the Fire Department Construc-
tion Fund, $2,075.88 from the Golf Club Construction Fund, and
$15,243.52 from the Garbage Plant Construction Fund, for the payment
of the following, to -wit:
HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION FUND:

SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the Cityts warrants to the parties named, in
the amounts mentioned and drawn upon the funds as noted in Section
I hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
