ORDINANCE 110. 9890
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THAT TBE FRONT OF ALL LOTS
ALONG WEST 12TH STREET FROM BATL'RY- TO HAYES
STREET SHALL BE SET BACK 35 FEET FROM THE CENTER
OF SAID VEST 12TH STREET, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:

West 12th Street from Bat-tery-: to Hayes Street shall be set
back thirty -five (351) feet from the center of iciest 12th
Street.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and carts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
