AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT EIGHT (8), BLOCK FIFTEEN
(15), ROOTS AND COY'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AM'EId')i ING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AIWMDED� AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
SECTION 1. That Lot Eight (8), Block Fifteen (15), Roots and Coy's
Addition to the city of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 2514 West Twelfth
Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "C" Two - Family District
under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and re-
classified and the same is hereby declared to be in "It Commercial
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto at-
tached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the said Lot Eight (8), Block Fifteen
(15), Roots and Coy's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known
and classified as being in the ''F" Commercial District,
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
