AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFtiING LOTS FIVE (5), SIX (6), AND
SEVEN (7), BLOCK "B ", OAK GLEN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

SECTION 1. That Lots Five (5), Six (6), and Seven (7), Block "B ",
Oak Glen Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1804,
1808, and 1812 McAlmont Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B"
Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be
in "C" Two - Family District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto at-
tached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the said Lots Five (5), Six (6), and
Seven (7), Block "B ", Oak Glen Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be here-
after known and classified as being in the "C" Two - Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
