AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE EAST ONE -HALF OF LOTS NINE (9),
TEN (10), AND EL: -IIEN (11), BLOCK TWENTY -SIX (24), INDUSTRIAL
PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, A1- 1NDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

SECTION 1. That the East one -half of Lots Nine (9), Ten (10), and
Eleven (11), Block Twenty -six (26), Industrial Park Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 3314 East Tenth Street, heretofore classi-
fied and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of 2"oning Ordi-
nance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby
declared to be in "F" Commercial District with a waiver of front yard
space in order to build within 9.5' of the front property line under the
terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto at-
tached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassi-
fication and rezoning of the said East one -half of Lots Nine (9), Ten (10),
and Eleven (11), Block Twenty -six, Industrial Park Iddition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to
be hereafter known and classified as being in the "F" Commercial District
with a waiver of front yard space in order to build within 9.5' of the
front property line as provided -in- Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
