AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE PARTS FOR REPAIR OF ALLIS- CHALMERS MOTOR GRADER
FOR USE OF THE STREET DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $500.00, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IS TTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase parts for repair of Allis - Chalmers Motor Grader, owned
by the City of Little Rock, for use of the Street Department.
SECTION 2. That'the cost of said repair parts for Allis-
Chalmers Motor Grader shall not exceed the sum of Five Hundred
($500.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are here repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
