AIDENDI,TENT NO. 13, AS 1101,1-CALLABLE BOI1,TDS AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.

Section 1. That the City of Little Rock purchase the
following non - callable obligations of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, to -wit:
At the following amounts, maturities and prices:
:25,000.00 due in 1954, `? 12034.60 per :1,000.00 par
value, plus accrued interest.
$26,000.00 due in 1957, @ ,1,068.70 per X1,000.00 par
value, plus accrued interest.
$16,000.00 due in 1958, ') ,1,102.30 per ""1,000.00 par
value, plus accrued interest.
The accrued interest shall be figured as of the date of
the delivery of said bonds to the City Clerkfs office.
Section 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed
to issue the Cityts Warrant in the sum of t�71,2$8.00, exclusive of
accrued interest which shall be figured as of the date of delivery
of the bonds to the City Clerkts office. The funds to purchase
these bonds is hereby appropriated from the 5 ,010 Sinking Fund accu-
mulated to pay off Bonds dated November 1, 1929, of the City of
Little Rock, issued under the provisions of Amendment No. 13 of
the Constitution of the State of Arkansas, That the bonds issued
were non- callable and were originally issued in the sum of $555,000.00
for the purpose of purchasing a site and equipment for a Municipal
Airport; fire fighting apparatus and a fire alarm system; and for
the construction of an addition to the General Hospital and equipment
thereof.
Section 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
