AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT ONE (1), BLOCK FOUR (4),
WOODRUFF ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
AND LOT SIX (6), BLOCK SEVENTEEN (17), RECTOR TOWN AD-
DITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, A1vIENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot One (1), Block Four (4), Woodruff Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas and Lot Six (6), Block Seventeen
(17), Rector Town Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
being 821 East Sixth Street and 820 East Seventh Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as "C" Two- Family District under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in "I" Light Industrial District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and.made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the said Lot One (1), Block Four (4),
Woodruff Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas and Lot Six (6),
Block Seventeen (17), Rector Town Addition to the "ity of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be here-
after known and classified as being in the "I" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
