AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE FOR USE OF THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL COURT A
TWO -YEAR SUPP%Y OF DOCKETS AS FOLLOWS: 4 JUDGMENT
DOCKETS FOR THE CRIMINAL DIVISION, 4 JUDGMENT DOCKETS
FOR THE TRAFFIC DIVISION, 15 JUDGMENT DOCKETS FOR TAE
CIVIL DIVISION, AND 2 JUDGEfS DOCKETS (INDEXES) FOR
THE CIVIL-DIVISION AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $1,750.00,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase for use of the Little Rock Municipal Court a two -year
supply of Dockets as follows:
4 Judgment Dockets for the Criminal Division;
4 Judgment Dockets for the Traffic Division;
15 Judgment Dockets for the Civil Division;
2 Judgets Dockets (Indexes) for the Civil Division.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said Dockets shall not exceed
the sum of One Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty 01,750.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
