ORDINANCE NO. 9854
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND CON-
TRACT FOR PARTS AND LABOR TO REPAIR VERTICAL SWING
SHAFT, CLUTCH SHAFT, AND VERTICAL TRAVEL SHAFT OF THE
LORAIN T L 15 DRAGLINE FOR THE STREET DEPARTMENT OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AT A TOTAL COST NOT TO EXCEED
THE SUM OF $19750.00, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and con-
tract for parts and labor to repair Vertical Suing Shaft,
Clutch Shaft, and Vertical Travel Shaft of the Lorain T L 15
Dragline for the Street Department of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the total cost of repair parts and labor
shall not exceed the sum of One Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty
($1,750.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
In conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordiaancer
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
