AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE,
CHASE PARTS FOR REPAIR OF CA'
USE OF THE STREET DEPARTMENT
ROCK AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED
OTHER PURPOSES.
REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
rERPI LLAR D -6 DOZER FOR
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
$1,700.00, AND FOR
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase parts for repair of Caterpillar D -6 Dozer, owned by the
City of Little Rock, for use of the Street Department.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said repair parts for Cater-
pillar D-6 Dozer shall not exceed the sum of One Thousand Seven
Hundred ($ls700.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
In conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
