AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE 15 - 58002 -49 SUMMER MOTORCYCLE WINDSBIELDS
FOR USE OF THE TRAFFIC DIVISION OF THE LITTLE ROCK
POLICE DEPARTMENT AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $325.00,
AND FOR OTBER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF' THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase 15 - 58002 -49 Summer Motorcycle Windshields for use of
the Traffic Division of the Little Rock Police Department.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said Summer Motorcycle Wind-
shields shall not exceed the sum of Three Hundred Twenty -Five
($325.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
