AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS
($7,000.00) FOR USE BY THE ELECTRIC DEPARTMENT FOR COMPLETION
OF THE LIGHT PLANT BUILDING, REMOVING AND RELOCATING STREET
LIGHTING POLES, CIRCUITS, AND EQUIPMENT FROM THE RIGHT -OF -NAY
OF THE RIVERFRONT DRIVE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1-. That the am of seven thousand dollars ($7,000,00) 32
hereby appropriated for use by the Electric Department for completion of
the Light Plant Building, removing and relocating street lighting poles
circuits, and equipment from the right -of -way of the Riverfront Drive.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
