AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUK OF SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS
($7,000.00) FROM THE HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION FUND To PAY THE GENERAL
FUND OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FOR COST OF REMOVING AND RELOCA-
TING STREET LIGHTING POLES, CIRCUITS, AND EQUIPMENT FROM THE
RIGHT -OF -WAY OF THE RIVERFRONT DRIVE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIT'T'LE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of seven thousand dollars ($7,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Highway Construction Fund to pay to the General Fund of
the City of Little Rock for the cost of removing and relocating street light-
ing poles, circuits, and equipment from the right -of -way of the Riverfront
Drive.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and direc-
ted to issue the City's warrant in the sum of seven thousand dollars ($7,000.00)
to the General Fund of the City of Little Rock. Said money to be paid from the
Highway Construction Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
