AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED
(100.00) DOLLARS TO PAY MAX MEHLBURGER FOR PREPAR-
ING SURVEY OF PART OF BLOCK 357, ORIGINAL CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS IN PREPARATION OF THE CON-
DEMNATION ACTION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK VS.
ALBERTINE McNEIL IN CLEARING THE RIGHT -OF -WAY FOR
THE RIVERFRONT DRIVE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars
is hereby appropriated to pay Max Mehiburger for preparing
survey of Part of Block 357, Original City of Little Rock,
Arkansas in preparation of the condemnation action of the City
of Little Rock vs. Albertine McNeil in clearing the right -of-
way for the Riverfront Drive.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City
of Little Rock are hereby authorized and directed to issue the
City's warrant in the sum of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars to
Max Mehlburger to pay for survey, said sum to be paid from the
Highway Construction Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
