ORDINANCE NO. 9828
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PARAGRAPHS NINE (9) OF SECTION THREE (3),
PARAGRAPH SEVEN (7) OF SECTION FOUR (4) AND PARAGRAPH (8) OF
SECTION FIVE (5) OF ORDINANCE NO. 5420, OMITTING ADVERTISING
DISPLAYS FROM CERTAIN DISTRICTS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS'-
SECTION 1. That paragraph nine (9) of Section 3, Ordinance
No._5420 be amended to read as follows: "(9) Nameplates not
exceeding one (1) square foot in area, signs not exceeding eight
(8) square feet in area appertaining to the lease,.hire or sale
of a building or premises and church bulletin boards not exceeding
ten (10) square feet in area.
SECTION 2. That paragraph seven (7) of Section 4, Ordinance
No. 5420 be amended to read as follows: "(7) Nameplates not exceed-
ing one (1) square foot in area, and signs not exceeding eight (8)
square feet in area appertaining to the lease, hire or sale of a
building or premises.
SECTION 3. That paragraph eight (8) of Section 5, Ordinance
No. 5420 be amended to read as follows: "(8) Nameplates not exceed-
ing one (1) square foot in area and signs not exceeding eight (8)
square feet in area appertaining to the lease, hire or sale of a
building or premises.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
