AN ORDINANCE A14ENDING SECTION 23 OF ORDINANCE NO. 7552,
ESTABLISHING BUDGET PROCEDURE FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ESTABLISHING A SYSTEM OF PRE - AUDIT BUDGET CONTROL,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 23 of Ordinance No. 7552 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"Section 23. Reserve Fund. There shall be established a
reserve fund of general fund money in the budget of an amount
equal to one percent of the total anticipated revenues for the
budget year, or a minimum of $50,000.00, whichever is the greater.
No money from the Auto or Road Fund shall be used in establishing
this reserve."
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
