AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING A CHARGE OF $1.00 FOR EACH
ACCIDENT REPORT, PLUS $.50 FOR CERTIFICATION THEREOF,
ISSUED BY THE LITTLE ROCK POLICE DEPARTMENT, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That a charge of One ($1.00) Dollar shall be
made for each accident report issued by the Little Rock Police
Department, plus Fifty ($.50) Cents for certification thereof.
SECTION 2. That the said charge shall be paid to the
Little Rock Police Department, for which a receipt shall be
issued.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
