CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS SECTION 1. That the sum of Nineteen Thousand ($19,000.00) Dollars is hereby appropriated from the Highway Construction Fund to pay to the General Fund of the City of Little Rock for Garage of the the cost of removing and relocating the /Garbage and Sanitation Department of the City of Little Rock from the right -of -way of the Little Rock Riverfront Drives (under Broadway Bridge). SECTION 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to issue the Cityls warrant in the sum of Nineteen Thousand ($19,000.00) Dollars to the General Fund of the City of Little Rock, said money to be paid from the High- way Construction Fund. SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
