ORDINANCE NO. 10,008
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING AN ADDITIONAL SUM OF
0250.00 TO DEPOSIT IN THE PULASKI CIRCUIT COURT
IN THE CONDEMNATION ACTION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK VS. MANNIE SCHUMAN, ED PINKERT, ET AL, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated an addition-
al sum of Two Hundred Fifty (f250.00) Dollars to pay into the
Pulaski Circuit Court in the condemnation action of the City of
Little Rock vs. Mannie Schuman, Ed Pinkert, Lentes Carmichael
Moore, Lily-Mae Carmichael, Celeste Carmichael Bean, John Hugh
Carmichael, Jack Hugh Herndon and Amelia Bean to condemn the
following described property in Pulaski County, Arkansas:
All of Lot 1, all of Lot 34s and part of Lot 13,
described as beginning at the Northeast corner of
Lot 13; thence in a Southwesterly direction to a
point on the South side of Lot 13, which is 7 feet
West of the Southeast corner of Lot 13; thence East
7 feet along the South side of Lot 13 to the South-
east corner of Lot 13; thence North 150 feet along
the East side of Lot 13 to the point of beginning;
all being in Block 4. PLUNKETTIS FIRST ADDITION to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
instructed to issue the City's warrant in the sum of Two Hun-
dred Fifty ($250.00) Dollars to be deposited into the Pulaski
Circuit Court.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.-
