AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $6,954.62 TO
PAY TO THE MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY AS CON-
SIDERATION FOR THE PURCHASE OF A PART OF BLOCK 358,
ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS,
TO BE USED AS A PART OF THE RIGHT -OF -WAY FOR THE RIVER
FRONT DRIVE ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:

of Six Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty -four & 62/100 ($6,954.62)
Dollars to pay to the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company as
consideration for the purchase of a part of Block 3582 ORIGINAL
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, Pulaski County, Arkansas, to be used as a
part of the right -of -way for the Riverfront Drive,
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
instructed to issue the City's warrant in the sum of $6,954.62
to the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company, said money to be paid
from the Highway Construction Fund,
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
In conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
