AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $17,425.50 FROM THE HIGHWAY
CONSTRUCTION FUND; $811.25 FROM THE FIRE DEPARTMENT
CONSTRUCTION FUND; AND X3.67 FROM THE GOLF CLUB CON-
STRUCTION FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of
$17,425.50 from the Highway Construction Fund, $811.25 from the
Fire Department Construction Fund, and $3.67 from the Golf Club
Construction Fund, for the payment of the following, to -wit:
HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION FUND:
Beach Abstract & Guaranty Company 46.00
Big Rock Stone & Material Company ,4,900.51
J. Lester Booker Company 11,968.60
Mark G. Garver 500.00
Farrell & Schaer Blue Print Company 10.39
X17,425.50
FIRE DEPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND:
Fire Appliance & Safety Company $ 811.25
GOLF CLUB CONSTRUCTION-FUND:
De Soto Hardware Company $ 3.67
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the City's warrants to the parties named, in the
amounts mentioned and drawn upon the funds as noted in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
