AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $32106.62 FOR PAYMENT
OF:$80.00 SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FOR 1955 HERETOFORE UNPAID;
AND 2,626.62 FOR PAYMENT OF DUES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
TO THE ARKANSAS MUNICIPAL LEAGUE FOR THE YEAR BEGINNING
JANUARY 1, 1956; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Three Thousand One Hundred and
Six Dollars and Twenty -Six Cents is hereby appropriated for payment of
the following to the Arkansas Municipal League:
Special Assessment for 1955 . . • 480.00
Dues, beginning January 1, 1956 . . . .$2,626.62
Total . . . . $3,106.62
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
aut-horIvOW,and directed to issue #tae City+s warrant in the aforesaid
sum to the proper parties for the purpose of paying the 1955 Special
Assessment (heretofore unpaid) and the dues of the City of Little Rock
to the Arkansas Municipal League.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
