AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $425.00 TO
PAY JAMES L. VERHOEFF FOR SERVICES RENDERED, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Four Hundred Twenty -Five
(0425.00) Dollars is hereby appropriated to pay James L. Ver-
hoeff for services rendered.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to issue the Cityts warrant in the
sum of Four Hundred Twenty -Five ($425.00) Dollars for said
services.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
