FROM'! SOUTH FILMTORE STREET TO SOUTH HAYES STR +'ET, WHICH
PROPERTY IS DEDICATED BY DEDICATION AGREhM'iENT FROM THE
LITTLE ROCK JUNIOR COLLEGE UNTO T1 HIE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
AND I'OR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY T =� CITY COUIICIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the C± ty of Little Rock,., Arkansas hereby
accepts for the purpose of opening West 28th Street from South
Filmore Street to South Hayes Street a plot of ground in Pulaski
County, Arkansas, described as follows, to -wit:
The North Thirty (30) Feet of the �1lest Half (Z °�2) of the
Northwest Quarter (M1��T —��), Section Eighteen (18), Township
One (1) North, Range Twelve (12) West.
This property has been dedicated to the City of Little Rock by
Dedication Agreement from the Little Rock Junior College, so
long as said ground shall be used for a public street.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
